Complaints All products sold in our e-shop "ANNES" are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We do our best to sell our products to the highest quality and meet the requirements of our customers. When you find a defect in the product purchased in our store, please follow the procedure below. Notify us by e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org about the situation, giving the purchase document, description of the defect or defect and give the product name. The answer should take up to 5 business days, if you do not receive information from us during this time, please repeat the complaint (sometimes there are failures related to the internet). In response, we will send a complaint form. Along with the completed form, please send us the defective product. Within 14 days of making a complaint you will receive a decision from us.
